Case Study – A Real Example Of What Should Not Be Done – 1

I've been following the blog for a long time and I've learned a lot. I'm following the Red pill Forum, of course. I don't have a problem with accepting my mistakes, and on the contrary, I would like to share what I have to share with you or with the blog. You can publish it if you see fit. Even if you don't have to publish, reading and interpreting will add a lot to me. The summary of the incident is beyond the mercenary and the concrete. I do not think that people who have learned something from this blog will fall into this situation. This is the conversation between me and the girl. We were in the same class as the girl, and as you know, the Whatsapp group was set up. I was thinking about texting the girl, but she threw me the first message in a way I didn't expect. The speeches were going well, but it was a mistake that I often texted, which was also mentioned in the men's block. At the end of the 2-week process, when the man who did not care and did not

Practice Of Discipline – Part 3 - Recharge

In the second part of the article the power of small and gradual changes we've seen.

If you want to take control of your life, there is one very important thing to watch out for. Do not fall tired and stress. I know it's easy to say, but don't worry. I'il show you how to do it.

When you are mentally exhausted, what you do or do not do will go away from relying on your conscious and best judgment. If you want to earn good habits, you need to learn to recharge yourself.

If you think that this is an egg – chicken event – that is to say, you are absolutely right, you should be under your control of your life to prevent stress and fatigue, and you should not be stressed or tired to control one's life better. But by adding an effective recharging practice to a stressful Life, you can break the cycle from its weakest point. In fact, if you have a stressful Life, you have to do it in particular. This practice is easy and takes only 10 minutes.

The practice of this practice is increasing rapidly – the Internet has slowly begun to fill with this advice, but very few advice is given in the context of discipline – especially about the ego and “exhaustion”. This is surprising because the second most important use of the practice we are talking about is the areas we are talking about (first of all mental health in general).

This is practical (applause) meditation. In the simplest form (which I think is the best), sit down, clean your head, relax your breath and observe your “empty” mind naturally – that's all. Everything else is optional.

(Translator's note : unfortunately, the element did not understand meditation. You look at breathing meditation from other sources. Simply focus on the event so far / main. Now you can focus on the boring but always-present breath. Your goal is to focus your mind on breathing. Your focus may be where you feel your breath best. For example, the tip of the nostrils. Breathe quietly and focus on breathing without thinking of anything in your mind.

The inner speech, which Buddhists call the monkey brain, which constantly jumps from thought to thought, will, of course, turn the focus into something completely absurd. Capture this inner conversation, leave it there and turn your mind into breath. Don't be angry and don't contract. When you're supposed to play on the carpet, be calm as if you can bring a naughty baby crawling on the concrete floor on the carpet again. If the monkey brain throws another 100 times, bring him back 100 times to his breath.

Start with only 5 minutes a day. Add 5 minutes every 3 weeks to a minimum of 15 minutes. 30 minutes, if possible. In the beginning, the mind will remain in breath for a maximum of 5 to 10 seconds. Over time, this may increase until meditation time. )

I promise you that it will give you more power to pursue your conscious choices and plans, or at least significantly increase your chances of doing so. Meditation is the pit stop of the mind, the well of will.

This is what you have to do internally. Remove distractions or temptations that distract you from your job. In this way your mind (even in the subconscious) will not be engaged in a lot of small things and will focus better on what you are doing at that moment. There is no such thing as effective multitasking. For Multitasking, distraction is a zero-sum game.

Fundamentals of environmental management

With a regular living space will help you a lot. If a messy house is part of your disaster return, ask your friends for help (“I'm trying to collect my house. Please help me. I'il buy you beer and pizza and I'il help you the same way. Or keep the cleaner. Remove the stress resources around you so that you have the power to cope with everything else in your life.

Remove the temptations. If you're on a diet, remove the Nutella jars and pizza orders in front of you. If you're trying to quit smoking, remove the lighter. Review Iraq, mind-boggling Iraq. Instead, consider the creative reminders that will induce and induce you. For example, hang your photo taken without wearing anything other than your underwear in the refrigerator. Actually, my body measurement is on the fridge. Like carefully crafted experiments on mice, but here, in particular, to control your behavior.

If you want to reduce stress, reduce the flow of information that comes to you. Do not close yourself to the cave, but prefer quality to number. Find high quality news sources, and just follow them. Stay away from magazines and sensational publications. If the news makes you angry, there is probably bad journalism there, and this source is not good for your mental health.

The underlying logic of discipline is to establish a constructive relationship between your rational adult mind, your high management functions, and your 3-year-old child who manages your very own decision and to balance power.

Don't fool yourself, that little ass is still inside you. Human personality is like a tree – it grows outward, adds new layers, but always stays deep in the depths (in fact, when people grow older, the outer layers are removed and the person goes back to his second childhood ... each analogy has a limit). The child inside you is still there, with all impulsive behavior, low attention span, and a sudden rush of pleasures. In general, you prefer to keep adult functions in Control. This is very difficult when you are stressed and tired, and therefore mind meditation and environmental management are important.

it's over

Practice Of Discipline – Part 1 – Fuck The Motivation You Need Discipline.

There are basically two ways to do it yourself when you need to do something. : First, try to motivate yourself to do this job, the more popular but overwhelmingly wrong option. Second, it is not popular at all but it is a completely accurate option to gain discipline. This is one of those things that you get better results when you get a different perspective. Very few places where the concept of paradigm shift is used, gives the right to this concept. Motivation – discipline paradigm is one of these places. Well, what is the difference between motivation and discipline? Motivation moves on a false assumption as a certain mental and emotional state is required to complete a task.  This is a completely wrong assumption. Discipline, on the contrary, separates the external function from the mood and emotions. The difference created by this is enormous. Successful completion of a job ensures the mood that those who delay the job constantly think they need to start the job! L
